Celebrate Valentine’s Day with the Lost Years Moodance, a wonderful signature serve made with our Silver Moon unaged rum, white vermouth and green chartreuse.
Romantic, elegant and sophisticated, this drink shows how versatile a great unaged rum can be. The fruity and floral aromas of our Barbadian/Jamaican rum combine beautifully with the Alpine-inspired white vermouth and the herbal notes of the French liqueur.

What you’ll need:
- 45ml Lost Years Silver Moon Rum
- 45ml White Vermouth (not Dry vermouth though, something like Dolin de Chambery Blanc Vermouth will work).
- 1 barspoon of Green Chartreuse
How to do it:
- Stir with ice
- Strain in martini glass
- Express lemon peel and garnish glass with it.
