What you’ll need:

• 45ml Lost Years Navy Strength or Silver Moon Rum
• 20ml raspberry coulis (possibly 3-4 fresh raspberries, muddled)
• 20ml lime juice
• 15ml simple syrup
• 1 egg white (or a vegan alternative as foamer)
• Fresh raspberries 

How to do it:

• Shake ingredients hard without ice
• Shake again with ice
• Double strain into coupe glass
• Garnish with three raspberries on a cocktail pick
• Cuddle up on the sofa and enjoy!
