The Club Negroni is a brilliant mash up of a negroni and a clover club. It's very balanced thanks to the combination of unaged rum and agave syrup, which counteract the bitterness of the Campari and lemon juice.

What you'll need:

• 25ml Lost Years Silver Moon Rum
• 25ml Campari
• 25ml Lemon juice
• 25ml agave syrup
• 15ml egg white

How to do it:

• Dry shake and then shake again over ice.
• Double strain into a coupe glass.
• Garnish with two fresh raspberries.
