To celebrate the launch of our mini series, Easy Rum Cocktails with Dan Whiteside, we’ve taken the ever-popular Pornstar Martini and given it a Lost Years twist, replacing the commonly used vanilla vodka with our glorious Navy Strength white rum.

The unique, fruity and intense flavour of this strong, multi award-winning unaged rum works perfectly in this drink, mixed with passion fruit liqueur and puree, vanilla syrup and fresh lime juice.  The result is punchy and tart, yet perfectly balanced.

The best bit? You don’t need any fancy equipment – there’s no shaking, no mess, simply stick it all in a Bullet blender with the correct amount of ice and whizz away! It doesn’t get much easier than this, and it doesn’t get much tastier either.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Lost Years Navy Strength white rum 
• Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur
• Passion fruit purée 
• Fresh lime juice 
• Vanilla syrup
• Fresh passion fruit 

HOW TO DO IT:

• Add everything apart from the fresh passion fruit into a bullet style blender
• Add 45g ice or 4 small ice cubes 
• Blend for 5-8 seconds
• Pour and leave to settle
• Place half a passion fruit on top of the drink
• Enjoy!
