Deliveries are charged at £5.95 as standard for large bottles and £2.99 for miniature gift sets and are limited to the UK mainland only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) . 

Free UK delivery on orders of two or more full size bottles also applies to UK mainland only and gift vouchers cannot be included in the basket total to qualify. 

Deliveries to the UK mainland are via our logistics partners DHL and Amazon, with orders normally arriving within two working days. 

Deliveries will usually be on weekdays between 0800 and 1800, so if no one will be at home at those times please select an alternate delivery address when you are checking out. Unless you select otherwise, the courier will attempt to leave your item with a neighbour if no one is home.

If you have provided contact details during the checkout process, our partners will contact you with tracking information and, for orders of our 70cl bottles, a link which will enable you to manage your DHL delivery.

All our bottles are sent in strong, purpose-made sustainable mailing packs (zero plastic) to ensure they get to you in one piece. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your purchase or have a problem with the delivery – get in touch with us at oops@caneandable.com and send a photo of the problem.

Sorry, we do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or outside the United Kingdom (but we’re working on it!)
