The simplest of serves, the daiquiri is always a delight. Light and refreshing, it's the perfect cocktail to showcase great rum - made even better with the inclusion of our wonderful Four Island Rum.

What you’ll need:

• 50ml Lost Years Four Island Rum
• 25ml Lime juice
• 20ml Sugar syrup
• 45g/ 4 small cubes ice
• Lime wheel (garnish)

How to do it:

• Blend all the ingredients for 5-8 seconds in a bullet style blender
• Pour into a chilled coupe or nick & nora glass
• Garnish with a lime wheel
